“Let the word of Christ dwell in you abundantly, in all wisdom: teaching and admonishing one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual canticles, singing in grace in your hearts to God.” (Col. 3:16)

The ‘Proper’ of the Mass for the Entire Ecclesiastical Year set to Gregorian Psalm tones by Rev. Carlo Rossini is used for the Proper parts of Mass.

It is a privilege to sing at Mass and for the Liturgy.
We are bringing double meaning to the words of the Liturgy by raising them to the level of song.

Regular practices are Sundays following Mass.

If you are interested in volunteering to be a choir member,
please contact St. Joseph’s Church through phone or email and we will get back with you.
We could use tenor, bass, or baritone voices,
and will always welcome alto and soprano.

"Those who have a part in the sacred music -- composers, organists, choir directors, singers, and instrumentalists -- should above all be outstanding Christians, and give example to the rest of the faithful, conformable to their role as direct or indirect participants in the sacred liturgy," (De Musica Sacra; Ch.III-5, par. 97).
